It was true, to say the least, that Luke’s emotions could lead to some problems. The boy could swing back and forth between emotions at a drop of a hat, even though that was slowly getting tempered. Though his emotions seemed as strong as they ever were, they tended to show themselves through quieter means, dedicated actions instead of words. Still, more than once everybody had wished for Luke to…cool off a bit, learn more emotional regulation so that he wasn’t feeling so much so often. But not like this. Never like this.
