Somehow, some way, Mattholomule managed to occupy most of Gus' waking thoughts. Maybe some of his sleeping thoughts too. It's as if he would throw his whole day away just to spend a little more time with him, which he does. And that's how Gus ended up side-by-side with Mattholomule on the Grudgby field. Against Boshca. With a maybe sprained ankle. He abandoned a relaxing afternoon studying human relics for a sport. All this suffering for a game he doesn't even like for a boy he does li- Never mind. There's a lot to say, but the words never seem to come out. Perhaps a few mishaps and hijinks will push things along, or not at all.
