Deal with the Devil
by SatelliteSoundwave
Jazz has a few problems. Problem one, the Autobots are being poisoned. Two, figuring out who’s behind it and stopping them is proving harder than anyone expected. Three, he’s found a fix for both of those but it depends on Soundwave, the most loyal Decepticon in the whole army, helping him. And if there isn’t a good reason for Soundwave to cooperate with him? Well, Jazz will just have to make one. “An easy course and following winds,” Jazz says to the two aliens first, because the possibility of imminent violence is no excuse to violate social niceties with these guys. And then just for Soundwave, he says in English, “You know these guys are planning to screw you over, right?” He steps lightly into the room, moving so casually you’d never know it puts him in point blank shooting distance of a sworn enemy. “Hold your fire for just a sec,” he continues, baiting the hook, “and I’ll prove it.”

Chime

“Soundwave’s got his first crush,” is what Ravage opens with when the comm call to Laserbeak and Buzzsaw connects.“Oh?” Buzzsaw chitters. “Tell us more!”---Or: Hot Rod's mind is uniquely beautiful, Soundwave is enthralled, and Tired Cat Dad Ravage plays matchmaker because he's only so patient, and Hot Rod's a sweet thing, actually.

Come Home to Roost
by Wolvesowl
Buzzsaw hasn’t seen his Host, his sister, or his (reluctantly) adopted siblings since he was left behind on a battlefield. He’d spent years on his own, struggling to survive. His luck runs out, and he crashes on Earth. When Cody Burns first sees the downed Cybertronian bird, he doesn’t know what to think. When he learns the bot’s story, he becomes determined to help. He just hopes it all turns out alright. (OR: After being abandoned on a alien planet when the Decepticons lost a battle and retreated, Buzzsaw spends years wandering the cosmos on his own. He eventually ends up on Earth, where one of the locals, a young organic named Cody Burns, becomes determined to befriend him and see him heal of his wounds–both the physical, and the emotional.)

Spies
by WyrdRune
“Yours too?” Thundercracker drawled in amusement, trailing soft, gentle patterns on the back of Soundwave's servo, mouthplates curling into a smug grin at the hitch in his dining partner's vents as said partner's cooling fans kicked up a barely noticeable notch.“They are...persistent,” Soundwave muttered distractedly, keeping a laser focus on the long slender talons dancing over his servos.
