Celine was put in an impossible situation. Run the Sunlight Sisters record label, try to keep demons out of the world in the absence of two hunters, and raise a child that wasn't hers, all on her own. Oh, and of course, just to add to the difficulty of her situation, the kid is half demon. She's lucky she's so stinking cute. - AKA, Celine being a good mom au. I've seen so many stories completely villainizing Celine, which I'm totally interested in exploring don't get me wrong, but I also disagree that that's how she is in canon. She's a lot more complex than that, I think. That being said, this ALSO isn't based on canon. This is Celine doing a better job at being the parent Rumi needed. Also note that the first chapter is a prologue and not really in the style that the rest of the fic will be written in, it's just like that for atmosphere!
