Tell me on the way, and I’ll tell you why he started in Metropolis.”Renee blinked, stunned. She hadn’t mentioned Metropolis. Steph smiled purposefully.“You know where he is?"“I do now,” she laughed.When the Riddler and Cluemaster (among others) escape Blackgate Prison, rumours begin to circulate about the two clue-based villains working together to develop some kind of plot. Unable to prioritise it, Batman puts Renee Montoya, The Question, on the trail of Cluemaster to figure out what it is while they keep an eye on Riddler. Before Renee can leave, however, she’s ambushed by the blonde, purple-clad heroine Stephanie Brown, aka Spoiler, who put her target in prison in the first place. And she wants to kick his ass again. But when they get on the trail, what was supposed to be a short journey turns into a multi-state road trip!
