The room is too bright. It’s quaint, in a nauseating sort of way. Polished floors glint from the gleaming honeycomb chandeliers overhead, make him squint. A few vases sprinkled here and there, filling the room with a sickeningly sweet scent – even a waffle-cone headrest framing the silken sheets of a neatly-tucked bed. Outside, the golden sun gleams, the gentle rays of light spilling past curtains that waver in the afternoon breeze. It's meant to be beautiful. Luxurious. Welcoming. OR What happens when the guy who basically saved all of cookiekind comes back as an evil, corrupted version of himself? Healing. Healing is what happens…hopefully.

Dating back to Shadow Milk’s time, perhaps this will let him break past the other’s shell and finally make have the other take him up on his offer of friendship! All he has to do is follow these steps, and they should be friends in no time, as the book says! Shadow Milk, for his part, is thrown by his counterpart suddenly flipping the script and trying to woo him.

Shadow milk had raged at such an offer. Friends? What a cheap trick, oldest one in the book! Though he wondered.. what if pure vanilla had been actually truthful? What a joke. 'Friends' HA! As if he'd fall for that. Never again. OR post beast yeast 8-30, shadow milk needs to deal with his (ugh) emotions, specifically surrounding a certain cookie. This will eventually have shadowvanilla in it, just gotta get that slow burn redemption started somewhere first

Pure Vanilla visits White Lily to talk about his growing feelings for Shadow Milk. She doesn't understand but if he was willing to stand up to all of them and give the Beast a chance to change then she supposes she has no other choice but to support him. Unfortunately for them, her faerie subjects get the wrong idea of why the two Ancients are meeting more frequently and decide to take matters into their own hands. A potion to bring forth hidden affections given to the one cookie that has some form of love for every single person he's ever known means now White Lily has to try and keep an increasingly cuddly Pure Vanilla from embarrassing himself in front of everyone he crosses paths with. And when Shadow Milk shows up, she needs to keep him from making a mistake that may just drive the jester away for good. Pure Vanilla is lucky she's always been good at figuring out spell craft... and with an extremely reluctant Shadow Milk's help, maybe they can break this lovestruck haze that her friend is trapped in. AKASomeone wanted Viridescent Outfit PV but with the ShadowVanilla ship. I decided to make it thousands of words of angst repairing many cookie's relationships while I'm at it.
