He gambles that Spock is the same about his mother, and it pays off. Bonnet gives him a stupid little forehead kiss and tells him goodnight, and leaves a cup of water on the nightstand. Izzy must admit it's not the most awful thing in the world.(Or, Izzy figures out how to be a part of the crew, bit by bit.)
