Out of the Frying Pan...

by celticbisexual

Darquesse had ruined Valkyrie's- now Stephanie's- life. She couldn't look her parents in the eyes after what she'd been forced to do. She needed to get away from Ireland, from magic. Thankfully, her mortal second cousin Tim has an apartment in London he's more than happy to let her stay at. It'll be good to relax, even if her new job is kind of strange.Tim, Sasha and Martin had been working in the archives for about six weeks when Tim's Irish second cousin had showed up. She seemed cool, if a little distant. All Sasha was saying is that she did NOT have a crush, and whatever Stoker had told you was a lie.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In which a broken sorcerer from Dublin helps be the glue the Archives needs, and in return, they do their best to help fix her.

A Damsel in Distress

by magicboxofoddities

Skulduggery Pleasant was a damsel in distress. Not that she’d care for people in distress. Darquesse usually quite liked distress, just not necessarily the damsel. She usually quite liked Skulduggery Pleasant in distress, too, but only when she was said distress.

Something Wicked

by A_Foolish_Fool

The year has already been bad enough for Valkyrie, but when it ends with the death of her ex-boyfriend by the hands of an obsessive vampire she'd cheated on him with, things take a turn for the worst. All of a sudden Darquesse isn't just screaming in the back of her mind anymore, and when faced with impending doom and the darkest parts of herself, what does she do? Easy, she gives her a hug and some emotional validation. (Title change from 'Crybaby World Killer' because the last name only fit when the plot was something else. Name changed AGAIN because I'm fickle like that)

Set just before Darquesse recreates the universe after Obsidian erases it.Original idea!Basically, Darquesse brings everyone back as their past selves to react to the future. I'll try to keep all characters as cannon as possible, but I'm not as good a writer as Derek Landy.Skulduggery Pleasant and characters within belong to Derek Landy!
