His curiosity mingled with annoyance as he regarded the unexpected visitor. “Core, to what do I owe this unfortunate visit?” He asked before turning his attention back to Horror. “Please take Killer's cat, he is deeply impeding my work.”After Horror left the room, closing the door behind him, Nightmare shifted his attention to Core, who had sat in front of his desk. A brief moment of silence hung between them, both aware of the challenging nature of the open conversation. Core understood that what she would suggest to Nightmare would be like pulling teeth."There's a looming problem approaching, Nightmare," Core began, her voice steady yet tinged with concern. "It's a matter that will involve all of us, affecting the entire multiverse. In the end, we will need to work together to resolve it. So, I must suggest that you and Dream reconcile your issues."

And there it was—a predicament Nightmare had anticipated would eventually come back to haunt Error sooner or later.
