Gravity Falls
the mortifying ordeal of whatever the hell just happened
by untrustworthyglitch
“Yes? Believe it or not, bisexuality is not something new. Hell, I was hooking up with dudes before you were even born,” Stan insists indignantly. “Hot ones, too.” Or, in which Stan has been bi for decades, and people keep being weirdly surprised by that.
Gravity Falls
One Thing Led To Another
by myrskytuuli
"We at the Theraprism are happy to tell you that your spouse is safe and healthy.” “I don’t have a spouse.” Said Ford. “Yes, you do.” The entity pulled out a holographic binder. “Here, I have the paperwork." Ford, suddenly assaulted by ghosts of lost, alcohol-soaked, hazy, whisp-like memories circling in the periphery of his mind, went deathly pale and had to take a step back to lean his weight against the cash-counter. “I- That- That cannot have been legally binding!" Or: Stanley Pines isn't the only one in the Pines family to get blackout drunk and married on a whim.
Gravity Falls
hide and seek
by parsnipit
Stan’s next shout feels more like a scream, desperate and frightened and tearing his throat on the way out: “Ford, please! Come on! Stanford, you can’t do this to me, not again— Stanford!” Something slams into him, and he hits the deck hard. His first instinct is, naturally, to punch —but he doesn’t get that far. As soon as he tries to scramble back to his feet, a knee wedges itself into his back and two hands seize tightly on his shoulders and press him down. A low, dangerous growl reverberates around him, and he freezes. Shit. Shit. ...are there werewolves this far out on the ocean? But when he cranes to see over his shoulder, he does not see a werewolf. Instead, he sees— “Ford?!” where i can't find you

none of those phds is an md, you dumb idiot
by untrustworthyglitch
“Oh, what the fuck!” Stan yelps. Honestly, this cannot get any weirder. Or grosser. “Can you understand me now?” Ford asks, like he didn’t just carve a microchip out of his fucking head, electrocute it, and cram it back in, without using sane people things like painkillers or, Stan doesn’t know, antiseptic? Shouldn’t there have been antiseptic involved? Or, in which Ford's interdimensional universal translator breaks, and he realizes just how much he's lost. Turns out thirty years of dimension-hopping aren't great for language retention.

Nothing more than Feelings

Gravity Falls
old man world tour: california edition
by untrustworthyglitch
Stan breaks his arm. Ford insists on a vacation. Hijinks ensue, because why wouldn't they?
Gravity Falls
To Struggle For Dreams And To Hunger For More
by Voidfish
“Am I gay?” Ford reads the quiz out loud, before clicking to begin. To his frustration, most of the questions are simply asking him if he has had sex with men (he hasn’t), if he wants to (he isn’t quite sure), or if he ever will (the jury is still out). Nothing defines attraction, no one clarifies if the burn in his stomach is love or gastrointestinal issues, and nothing leaves him feeling any better on the subject. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stanford Pines has never loved a woman but, he realizes with a painful jolt, he can’t say with certainty he’s never loved a man.
Gravity Falls
This Is a Gift, It Comes With a Price
by Ilentari
The apocalypse happening in his lifetime was not something Stanley had ever expected. And really, as if his life didn’t already suck enough. Now the world had a new triangular dictator ruling over it, and in the chaos society had become, Stan only had three goals:Survive. Try to find Ma and Shermie. Avoid his now evil twin brother who had apparently been the one to enable the whole weirdmageddon thing to begin with.Number three was turning out to be the most difficult. Having become Bill’s right-hand man, Ford had gone and broadcast Stan’s name and face world-wide, right alongside a hefty reward for Stan’s successful capture. The fact that he was wanted alive wasn’t reassuring. Knowing Ford’s ability to hold a grudge, Stan figured it couldn’t mean anything good for him. And he had a sinking feeling he was going to find out sooner than he’d like.
Gravity Falls
there's no phd for somnology (is there?)
by untrustworthyglitch
“You don’t have to,” Ford hedges. “But I’d read that nightmares are statistically less common in experimental test subjects sharing a bed, as opposed to the control group who sleep alone. I’ve only found a few studies, as the topic isn’t well researched, but at this point I’m willing to try anything. That is, if you're willing.” Stan blinks at him, sure he’s heard wrong. “Did you just use science words to tell me you wanna snuggle?” Or, in which Ford is exhausted, and Stan's determined to fix it.
Gravity Falls
who even knows what holiday we're celebrating here
by untrustworthyglitch
“Are you making latkes?” Dipper asks. He stands on his tiptoes to look over the pan of oil, which has a few latkes sizzling away in it. Stan has to slap Mabel’s hand away from the plate full of cooling latkes. “Hey! They’re not done yet, back off!” he barks. Or, in which it is Christmakkuh, Stan is long-suffering, Ford is not doing too well, and everyone else is just excited to eat fried food and put up the Christmas lights. A few bad memories surface, but family bonding prevails.
Gravity Falls
Third Time's the Charm
by detectivejigsaw
