The Realms have once more been reset after Ragnarök and while some things change, many things remain the same. Odin finds Fárbauti after she's given birth to Loki and she charges him to raise her daughter. This is Loki's story. Chapter 13: ”Loki?” he remembered that much from the tales of his younger days. Days when many tales had been told around the fire of the gods of old, the keeper of stories had said that there were many versions of the gods and that they were all truth. Red eyes that changed to blue then back before settling into a green that faded to brown met his. A high pitched giggle escaped the lips, “So you say then so it appears I shall be.” The form swayed in an invisible breeze, hands floating around, making a pattern of some kind before falling. Brown studied the empty air, a curiously vacant expression on the expectant face. “I once was what I was not and am now what I should not be.” Glancing down and then around, listening for something beyond his perception, for a moment alone – the form changed and the eyes that met his were challenging, demanding answers, “So many want me to be one or the other and never quite all.”
