In New Yogo, you become a legal adult at age fifteen. That means you can drink, you can drive, you can buy cigarettes, you can go to strip clubs, you can vote, you can work, and you can get married. For two boys thrown into friendship by circumstance and tribulation, fifteen also means they enter the Mikado's service as Hunters: bodyguards, spies... and assassins. Neither Suyou nor Taiga is ready.Oh and did I mention they're getting married? Yeah, that too. Sequel to Undisclosed Damages, featuring Taiga Amusuran, the future Jin, and Suyou Rakusuran, soon to be Hyoku, in their transition to adulthood.

This chart details the relationships (familial and romantic) between all the characters in my epic Traveler of the Wind series. Use it as a reference, or for a chuckle--the chart is fully annotated and includes more than a little snarkiness. Also major spoilers.

Suyou Rakusuran is gravely injured after a fight with Yun. Then his best friend falls ill and dies. It's no wonder he's feeling so pathetic lately. Maybe what he needs is a punching bag--literal and figurative.Or, the one where Touji Amusuran dies, and Suyou struggles with the idea of Taiga as a replacement.

With Kosenkyo flooded and the Mikado dead, Chagum must take on the responsibility of ruling a nation--but not before spending some quality time with his siblings first. (That is, if his guards allow it...and they totally do.)This makes a few references to my series "Traveler of the Wind," but can be read alone and is 100% canon-compliant. I wanted a little more from the ending we got, so this is it.If you want to read the canon ending, click here: https://guardianofthespirit.blogspot.com/2021/12/guardian-of-heaven-and-earth-new-yogo_70.html
