Coming Up Who We Are
by Ginia
When a flash of light causes Ignis to revert to his six-year-old self, the guys think that at worst it will be a mild inconvenience for them until the spell wears off in a few days. At best, they'll have lots of blackmail material and embarrassing dirt on their normally straight-laced and oh-so-perfect friend. Or so they think, until they notice how strangely little Ignis behaves.

Things to Learn
by Asidian
It becomes something of a tradition, their fireside chats. Most nights, Prompto will wander over to lean against the counter while Ignis prepares the evening meal. Most nights, they trade stories, and Prompto fishes out the cutlery and the plates for him when it's time to serve. There's been several weeks of this when Prompto says, "You know, I could help."

Down to the Last
by Gnine
Ignis' gaze was drawn down by a muffled whimper from below. Prompto's pale face stared back up, stark against the frothing waters below. The rain had slicked the leather of Ignis’ gloves; he could feel his hold start to slip, adjusted his grip. "Prompto, you must grab hold—"Or The boys are tired, almost out of potions and more than ready for a break when their night goes from bad to worse.

a heavy heart to carry
by taizi
When he was six years old, Ignis dreamed of another little boy he’d never met before, one with a cloud of dark hair and startling blue eyes. The boy took his hand with a shy smile, and Ignis squeezed his fingers, and that is where the dream ends. It’s the most vivid, detailed dream Ignis has ever had, as though it’s a sight he curated carefully for years and years in order to recall at the drop of a hat. Well into adulthood, he still has that dream every now and then; a dream of himself, very small, and that boy, even smaller, and their two hands joined. It’s one of his most treasured memories, for all that it isn’t really a memory at all.

something good can work
by taizi
Noctis is still laughing when Ignis reaches their table, and tilts a crooked grin up at his advisor, all soft edges and brightness despite the tired shadows under his eyes. Ignis can’t help but smile back, can’t help the curl of warm fondness that fills his chest as he turns to greet Prompto in turn.Prompto looks surprised by the hello but it only takes him a moment to recover. “Hey, Iggy,” he says, pink-faced and pleased.

The Basis of Reality
by fallintosanity (yopumpkinhead)
Ignis wakes up after the Leviathan covenant to find himself in a hospital in a strange land. What's stranger, though, is that this place has a video game called Final Fantasy XV, following the adventures of Prince Noctis and his loyal retinue as they fight to regain Noctis's throne. Worse yet, the game spells out the details of Noctis's ultimate destiny - and it's not something Ignis can ever allow to happen. Ignis needs to get back to his own reality, fast - but when the game starts to reflect his absence, he realizes there may be a chance to change destiny. After all, why fight the gods when you can fight the developers instead?

Covenant
by Saber_Wing
Noctis mumbled into the receiver—Ignis recognized his voice, although he could listen for the next thousand years and still have no idea what he'd said. “Highness, have you been sleeping?” Surely he couldn't be in bed already. “Iggy. My shirt's bloody,” Noctis replied, as if that should explain everything. “'m sorry.”
