I really wanted to see more characters' reactions to Alex after she got tortured in Graevale (trigger warning for mentions of torture), because I felt like it was skipped over. This doesn't fit in with the canon timeline, because immediately afterward she goes to fight in Graevale and then to Vardaesia, so this couldn't actually happen, but what would be the fun in sticking to the rules?Also this fandom needs more works so here I am.

The dialogue when Alex is present belongs to Lynette Noni, because I wanted to keep this as accurate to the book as possible. I did give Kaiden an extra gift, because in theory he could have almost anything, and that wasn't really discussed at length in the books, due to other, more pressing, concerns (such as the imminent death of all the characters).
