Marc goes back to Kay's apartment - and Kay is still there.I started this as a single scene one-shot to see what would happen if Marc gets there in time before Kay leaves, but I can't bear the ending I originally had in mind, so I ended up turning this into an "Alternate ending" story!

By chance Marc and Kay meet a year after everything fell apart. Contrary to their behavour a year ago they actually talk for once. And to their surprise, that might lead to an honest second chance for them.Probably like most of us here I love them but wasn't very happy with those guys' communication skills. So I made them have more than they had in the movie (which is not a high bar, to be honest).
