I recently finally got around to watching the His Dark Materials TV show; I was a big fan of the books, but real life kept getting in the way and I just never had the time or the mindset, and I also felt like the show might not do the books justice. However, much to my surprise, I was wrong. The show is actually quite good, although, it's a bit too true to the books...This means the third season will likely go with mine and most people's least-favourite ending...Thus, I wrote this. "This" is a reinterpretation of the ending from the books. Everything is the same, only there's a twist at the end. Actually, I've since discovered I wasn't the first or only person to put this theory out there, and I won't spoil it, although this excerpt will attempt to. XDAnyway, please enjoy. I do hope I did the characters justice.
