I wrote this after reading chapter 24. There aren’t big spoilers but I mention some things so if you haven’t read chapter 24 and you want to be surprised then don’t read this.…"Are you cold?" Sahed asks and Julia trembles again as she realizes that his eyes are now focused on her and that his face is inches away from hers."What? No! Not at all!" she flinches and backs away a bit in doing so. Sahed stares at her, amused, and Julia almost has the impression that he can read her thoughts when he asks: "Then why are you shaking so much?"

Julia is a teacher, Sahed works on the coexistence of Ah'kons and Kalgratti, and Kamille runs her tailoring shop with Rainah. But some things haven't changed, such as the Anthonns Gremminger Circus that still puts on shows of whimsy and horror. And unfortunately, the hatred of Ah'kons, while smaller, still prevails. This journey takes Julia and Sahed for fun times, wild rides and struggles they thought were long behind them.
