An Elvish thrall escaped from Angband finds her way to the great Elf-stronghold of Nargothrond. What will Orodreth the king do? There are no archive warnings on this story but it is, (like the Silmarillion) not a cheery read. I wanted it to have a happier ending but I couldn't find one, so I've rated it 'teen and up' because I'm pretty sure it would have upset me when I was small.

Orodreth comes out of the Halls and Gil-galad sees him for the first time since his father sent him to the Havens of Sirion.I go by HoME 12 on this: Angrod is Orodreth's father, and Orodreth is Gil-galad's father.
