Niko has owned a few dragons, mainly garchomps and thought flygons were interesting enough to study, without counting the goomy he wanted to raise, the Koraidon he was entrusted with and other dragon types he fought and observed in the wild, needless to say, he got the hang on ways dragons communicated ; the intricacies of their body languages, their coos, growls, rumbles, trills…And as it turns out, this language does not escape legendaries, at least one of them.He’s not too sure about other dragon types legendaries, but Palkia sure does communicate like any other dragon types.

The Crimson Skies Crisis

Broken, bitter, and spiteful after being banished from Jubilife Village and refused aid by both the Diamond and Pearl Clans, Rei decides that if this is how the people of this land want to make their bed after everything he's done for them, then they could lie in it, and seemingly vanishes of the face of the Earth. Even Volo, despite his exhaustive efforts, can't find him, which causes concern for those who still believe in him, none moreso than his comrade, Akari. Meanwhile, things go from bad to worse for the Galaxy Expedition Team and the Clans, as the situation continues to deteriorate beyond the crimson skies and spirals deeper into chaos as strange Pokèmon that look either mechanical or prehistoric start popping up and wreaking havoc, as Kamado's continued escalation and paranoia only serves to worsen the situation. The search for Rei, the key to the salvation of Hisui, is on, and the clock is ticking. But, even if the Galaxy Team and the Clans find him... actually getting him to agree to help will be another matter entirely.

After Commander Kamado and the Security Corps' attempt to storm Mount Coronet and best whatever awaited them at the summit ends in a catastrophe, rendering the commander commatose along with those who survived the encounter with Almighty Sinnoh, it is revealed to the Galaxy Exploration Team and the Clans by Dialga using Adaman that the only one who can close the Space-Time Rift and bring peace back to Hisui is "the one who fell from the sky," none other than Rei Teru, who had been banished from Jubilife Village under the suspicion of being responsible for the recent calamities that had befallen the region.And so, with both the Clans and the Galaxy Team's backs against the wall, and the clock ticking ever-closer to disaster, Akari sets out on a journey to find the boy she loves more than anything in the hopes of convincing him to help save the world.Only thing is... Rei doesn't actually want to be found... and if Akari does find him, then the Rei she finds might not be the one she fell in love with...
