Farewell Lenin
by flower_and_vegi (bbyuanyuan)
" That may be true. But we no longer sacrifice our lives to protect the Fatherland and People's properties as we were taught to as kids. " His smile is bitter and rueful. "Different times now." That triggers the stranger's interest. "For what would you sacrifice your life then?" (How Wenwu Recruited Razorfist. Prompted by an interesting discussion with KIYOMIZU_honoka and Brumebird about this loyal associate that are not covered much in the movie :) )

Learning on the job
by flower_and_vegi (bbyuanyuan)
Sequel to "Farewell Lenin" but can also be stand-alone. His boss also picks a piece of special alloy metal and commissions a new custom-fitted blade in their workshop. The weapon attaches perfectly to the severed forearm. " Looks very scary. " Nods Wenwu approvingly as he installs it for Razorfist himself, his warm and firm fingers wrapping around the horrible wound that he has personally created. "How's the fitting? " He asks.Razorfist nods and looks down at the blade to avoid meeting eyes. He has very mixed feelings about how he lost his hand, so complex that he himself cannot quite make sense of them: Horror, awe, fear, admiration, enchantment.

Journey into Mystery

“You’re wrong,” she says, startling the judge into actually looking at her for the first time. “I wasn’t going to relinquish my role. I plan to build an empire of my own on top of what was left of my father’s...”“You did plan to do that, yes. The version of Xi Xialing that still exists within the Sacred Timeline is going to do just that. Play the role she was meant to play,” replies the judge patiently. “But you are not that woman. You are a variant of her. A version that decided to follow a different path. Even if we removed you before you took more than a few steps, you’re still guilty of choosing it.”“Guilty,” she repeats, looking up at the judge defiantly.“Guilty,” repeats the other woman, sounding just a touch too righteous as she says the word. “And to be punished accordingly.”Signalling for the black-clad guards to remove her from the witness stand so that the next variant can take her place.
