They were all recently shoved back into their thirteen-year-old bodies and were once again under the strict control of one Reginald Hargreeves. Pushed to their limits every day and forced into silence and obedience. Ben was furious. The farce was doing nothing but empowering their father and Luther. Vanya was once again made to hang around the fringes while the others had to sweat and bleed for their ‘leader’. He didn’t die and then come back to life to deal with that shit all over again.

Klaus discovers the extent of his powers a lot earlier than he does in the series. By the time Reginald Hargreeves is dead, Klaus is one year clean and has developed his powers further than his siblings thought him capable. It would be nice if they actually fucking believed him. With the powers no one believes he has, and the brother they don't believe he can see, Klaus tries to navigate his emotionally stunted family whilst stopping the apocalypse. He hasn't had this much fun and heartbreak in years. (Actual joining to the series will be around chap 3)
