Stories Told By Candlelight
by Femalefonzie
The story of the Pumpkin King's missing heir had always been a popular one in Gloomsville. Everyone knew of the story but never the whole thing. Details always changed but the roots remained in tact.Jack Skellington and his beloved wife Sally, against all odds, managed to have one child, one baby boy to shower with their love, affection and hope for the future. Then in the dead of the night, he was stolen from them.Twelve years later, a group of friends sit around in their parlor, waiting for a summer storm to end, and telling this very tale. What they do not know is that Jack Skellington's missing son is closer than they think...

Skull Boy is Perplexed, Bewildered, and Prose-worthy
by arthurrrruiz
Skull Boy comes to awareness in a dark room, hearing only Misery's sleeping vocals and a faint growling from beneath his feet. He doesn't know what's going on and neither do I. Here's a hint though: there will be (canon and OC) ghosts, and some new supernatural characters created by yours truly.

Ru-Beat Gloom (I)

Iris and Misery from Ruby Gloom, rockin' dey swag, and singing Luv(sic) part 1 by Nujabes, featuring Shing02. I plan on making a pic for each of the six parts, though whether or not I do all Ruby Gloom is debatable.Ruby Gloom is property of Nelvana.Luv(sic) is property of the late, great Nujabes, and respects go to Shing02 for helping blend the genius of these two artists.

Ru-Beat Gloom II
by ManlyMan
Third piece, part 2 of the hexalogy. Done in a mixed media of various markers and Prismacolor soft lead pencils. This is the first time I've done a mixed media like this, so it feels kind of sloppy to me, but I like it. Ruby Gloom and related characters are property of Nelvana. Luv(sic) Part 2 and the rest of the hexalogy belong to Shing02 and the late, great Nujabes. May he rest in beats.

Ru-Beat Gloom VI
by ManlyMan
Well, here's the last one of the series. I never thought I'd be drawing Nujabes like a Ruby Gloom character, like, ever, but here we are. This was a fun one that I got to bust open a bunch of new pens on; Prismacolor dual-tip brush pens are the shit. Sorry if the text is a little hard to read. The song that the lyrics are from (and neck-a-neck with part 4 as my favorite in the hexalogy): www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fu3vfI0vNZARuby Gloom and related characters are property of Nelvana.Luv(sic) is the work of Nujabes (rest in beats) and Shing02.

Part 5 of the series, this one is pretty depressing, but it’s not too horrible. Iris holds a note in her hand of Luv(sic) part 5′s chorus as she stands before Ruby’s grave. Simple, yet sad. Here’s the song itself: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZvlorUP47QIris, Ruby Gloom, and all related characters are property of Nelvana.Luv(sic) belongs to Shing02 and Nujabes. May he rest in beats.

Ruby, Iris, and Misery, with seasonal stuff going on around them as Luv(sic) part 4 plays in the background. I'm not even bothering with doing all six in order, I'm just getting them done as my muse demands.Ruby Gloom is property of Nelvana.Luv(sic) part 4 is property of Shing02, with much respect for the late, great Nujabes. May he rest in beats.
