Sam Foster and George Weasley have known each other their entire lives (or Sam's entire life, rather). Sam isn't afraid of showing how she feels about George. Though she can't help but blush whenever Ginny pokes fun, maybe Sam's straightforward attitude is helping her situation with George move along.
