His shoulder ached where the cross bow had hit him, but thankfully the paramedics had arrived quickly and stopped the bleeding - they told him he was lucky it had just grazed his arm. He hoped the pain medicine would kick in soon. He didn’t know what he’d been thinking - but he knew it’s what he needed to do. Pushing Finn out of the way was the only thing running through his mind when he did it - he wanted to save him, and that’s all that mattered. OR A soft re-write of the end of 27x07.
