Sideswipe opens her eyes to a war that has been going on for thousands of years, and Ari discovers she may be the only one who can stop it. She has something they want, something the Autobots have sworn to protect and the Decepticons wish to use to kill all of mankind. And as it turns out, it's more than just a pair of glasses. Primus has marked her for a purpose, a destiny, that is the key to the Earth's survival. As she struggles along this new path she also struggles to build and hold onto the new family she's always wanted, while trying to understand the feelings growing inside of her she's not sure are right for her to have.
