耀天威带着方舟船队消失后，随着新领袖守天成的上台、功能主义思潮成为社会主流思想与《赛博坦大分类法》的颁布，赛博坦渡过了短暂的权力真空，进入了一个社会貌似稳定的虚假繁荣时期。社会矛盾虽然被极力掩盖，但并不意味着不存在，不论是上层众党派的你死我活的权利争斗，还是下层低等分类者对社会的各种不满，都把整个赛博坦填充成了一触即发的火药桶，就差哪个事件最终成为点燃这一切的火星。某一天，新闻又一次播报了又有一位元老院议员被暗杀。鉴于大众早就对此类新闻习以为常，罗季昂警局的局长奥利安·派克斯原以为这也只是赛博坦日常又一个平常的一天，但随着一位神秘安全局专员到访，要求他配合调查与此事有关的一系列事件，于是，原本被大众极力装作不存在的社会矛盾，就这么渐渐地被推上前台。 基于IDW2005混合IDW2019部分设定的混合宇宙，有一天再看铁机巧威完整配件包照片时产生的突发奇想。大概核心CP是OPM吧，后面写到其他CP设定再加标注，我也不知道我组最终会写出什么，我也不知道在写什么，纯胡言乱语，梦到哪写到哪。试图设定一个标准冷铸火种的真·冷组建上线的安全局特工威震天，具体设定见内文，这么设的原因其实只是为了能成功让威震天读上更多的书……机体是铁机巧原色威的造型，但跟原作不同的是这个技术不涉及任何“再生矿”计划中的任何一种矿石。 作者是英文原文读者，因而除了上译版译名外其他译名都不太熟悉，为了防止误解请允许部分作者部分专有名词内容加注释解释。
