Usami often arranged various activities for the sake of strengthening the bond between her students, bringing them all much closer together throughout their tenure on Jabberwock island. One such event was a Prom celebration, which was pretty par for the course as far as the events Usami put together normally were, but with one major exception. Usami was “heavily encouraging” everyone on the island to bring a date to this Prom party, basically steering them towards pairing off with each other in a romantic sense. Once she announced the plans for the Prom festivities, it ended up leading to a lot of confusion and chaos as everyone scrambled to find a date. Despite all of this, Hajime finds himself to be rather grateful for an opportunity to ask out a person who he’s been pining after for a long time. All he can do now is hope that luck is on his side as he does his best to pursue them.
