The guards make the mistake of giving Vogel crayons. The other Rowdies are off doing tests, and someone agreed that Vogel's too young for all that, so he's on his own for most of the day. When the guards return with the Rowdies, the walls are scrawled with art and stories from the crayons.They make Vogel scrub until it's all come off.
