Six months and it was still as unbearable to live with the fox as it was when they had first met. Sure, Vimo had become better accustomed to the behaviours and personality of his new roommate but that didn't make them any better, especially with their new found assumption that Vimo cared about the damn creature. He didn't. And he definitely wasn't going to after their unneeded attack on his pride.

it wasn't out of the ordinary for gods to pick and monitor a ward, a prophet, a follower who wasn't quite like the rest of them. it wasn't out of the regular for there to be revolts, followers who lost their lights and others who wished to tear down everything the gods had built. it was out of the ordinary for a god to be so interested in the life of one lone mortal.ORPure boredom leads to Lunar, the Goddess of the Moon, finding a particular interest in a young kitsune who is far more inquisitive then the rest of their commune. Interest soon leads to entertainment, as she finds herself watching the rise and fall of a fox who were far too cocky for their own good.
