All Wilbur wanted to do was take care of his baby brother. Tommy deserved the world and Wilbur will be dammed if he doesn’t try to give him it. They may live in a rotting universe but Wilbur would do everything in his power to keep Tommy safe and sound. No matter how many lines he has to cross or how many lies he has to spread or how many lives he has to take. It’s all worth it for Tommy. Or: Tommy gets hurt and Wilbur loves his brother more than anything. The lines get blurry when it comes to love in a doomed world.

one moment, tommy was lazily plucking his guitar, watching the dome absentmindedly as he awaited wilbur's return. he'd zoned out, the radiation made him do that a lot. and during the spacing, his eyes had slipped shut. and when they opened, he was in an obsidian prison that seemed to close in on him, an unfamiliar man with a smiling mask vowing to end his life and 'revive him', whatever that meant. now, tommy was one to keep his cool, but seriously, what the fuck. [ or : tommy from rust island swaps with tommy from the dream smp by some cruel stroke of fate ]

He closed the door behind him quietly when he left, determinedly pushing out into the snow. It was layered a few inches thick on the ground, going past his ankles. He was able to get them good work boots, which he was incredibly thankful for, so it wasn’t too much of a bother. He decidedly avoided the dome, not needing the radiation it came with right now. He needed to make this trip as quick and as uncomplicated as possible. Tommy needed that medicine and some solid food in his stomach, and Wilbur desperately wanted to be there with it when the kid woke up.
