(Mainly stuff where Bono babbles about art history.) This is part one of three connected stories of mine. Heck, they're all connected. The original version of Close had twelve chapters, but I'm going to post them here in four big chunks. Thanks to everyone who has read this series over the past 14 years and told me it meant something to them. <3
