Scar was an annoyingly good kisser. It was incredibly annoying how good he was at a lot of things (punching and being generally objectively attractive, to name a few). If Scar was less Scar, then maybe this would have ended a while ago. But of course Scar wasn’t less Scar; he was just himself, and that was what kept drawing Lightning to him, even though deep down in his thoughts he knew better. He really did.
