They do so and he turns to look at his lesson for the day. A simple battle test, should be simple enough. The silence of the class is unsettling until he takes a sip of the drink, as black and bitter as possible, the kind of coffee that Hizashi says makes him even more dark and gloomy. The caffeine makes the first part of Midoriya's explaination really sink in.
