Now he's not sure what to do that he's become the stupid boyfriend from every Human Romcom Luz showed him. Meanwhile Mattholomule doesn't know what to think. Gus having romantic feelings for him seemed like a lie, but he was so sure Gus wanted to ask him to Grom. But even if Gus did want to ask him, he won't anymore because he was Grom King, which meant he didn't need a weaker witch to drag him down. Yet deep down he still wants to be there at Gus' side, fighting as equals. Navigating romance in magic high school is hard enough, it's even harder when both parties are dramatic and emotional teenage boys.
