Izuku grabbed Katsuki’s arm in a tight grip, partly to make sure he stayed inside the salt circle and partly to keep himself from reeling back outside the circle himself. Izuku hadn’t needed to know that her skin was more translucent than the bones he could see through it. Just as scary was the newest person to come to the party- a man in all black, whose equally dark hair whipped even more ferociously. Through the ghost, Izuku saw the man’s eyes burn an even brighter, angrier red. Then he lost track of the plot what the ghost shrieked with a level of vitriol that had him doubled over in pain. When he could look up again, the ghost woman was gone. The ghost man- now armed with a scythe- still remained.
