So, hey I'm ISON, or you know Ison, not to be all shouty at you, because I'm not a shouty Comet. Not like some. I also go by C/2012 S1, but I like totally prefer Ison. This is the story of how the Bifrost, also known as the Rainbow Bridge, and the biannual Bifrost Trans Pride parade came to be. Although, admittedly, it may not seem like it at first. It shouldn't have worked. It wasn't proper. Uranus knew that a planet should form relationships with moons and not other planets, and ze had moons. Dull proper conversations that provided no enlightenment. They sparked no enrichment in hirs existence. But when Uranus aligned with Neptune, Neptune would form these bright spots in hirs upper atmosphere. Ze would say, "Oh, hey, Uranus. You look. Wonderful. Oh, I've missed you so." Uranus would spin quietly, trembling with their relative proximity across the vastness of space.

Anticipation is a lovely word. Say it. Anticipation. In the right mouth, the word hangs on the lips. Rolls around the tongue. Caresses the lips that says the word. Suspension, expectation, desire. Orpheus had anticipation for his wedding and for his bride Euridice. Now there is a word. Euridice. She of the black ringlet hair and flashing eyes. In Orpheus' mouth, her name was a paean, an ode, an epiphany of joy. But then Orpheus was a singer, a poet, a tenor with a very broad range.
