And instead of grunting or shrugging or mumbling something dismissive, Jon replies, with perfect, involuntary clarity, "Every part of me aches, and I would just about kill to have someone rub my shoulders right now." There's a positively deafening silence as they both come to grips with this unprecedented turn of events. Then they both start talking at once. "Ah," says Jon. "Wow," says Martin, at the same time.
