It’s two years after Thanos, a school year since Europe, and now it’s summer again. Everyone is still recovering or just recovered, re-adjusting and re-focusing after the war. So Peter plays his part: everything’s fine after Europe. He’s dealing well after Quinten Beck, because he’s okay after the reveal of his identity, and after the Avengers did damage control for him. That’s all everyone needs to know. They don’t have to know about the other parts. But god, it’s been a year since Beck and the nightmares won’t stop. But he can deal with it. He has to. Except on the weekend at the start of summer vacation, Peter falls apart. --- or everyone lives and no one dies. Peter still goes through Quentin Beck, but comes back much more hurt, and much more haunted. except, he’s pretending to be just fine. then summer vacation starts and in one weekend, Peter loses to his demons. and everyone has a part to play in making sure he comes out the other end alive, while said players make sure that they don’t fall victim to their own sorrows while doing so.
