Artanis felt his hands take hold of the pink ribbons dripping from the crown, which matched her already pink dress, and he arrayed them across her hair in a neat fashion.He grinned at her. “There,” he said, and he held out one of his hands in a dramatic, sweeping gesture. “I crown you Queen of Love and Beauty!” Mairon announced just as dramatically, and Artanis could not help it—she blushed furiously, and burst into giggles..For my submission in the Haladriel Valentine's Day collection, a child Artanis reunites with a child Mairon at a festival for Vána the Ever-young and Queen of Flowers in Valmar.
