As a MASSIVE fan of the Birds of Prey, I think a lot about what a good TV series for the characters would be like. What follows here is essentially a season-by-season synopsis for how I would adapt the Birds to the silver screen. This takes HEAVY influence from Gail Simone's run on Birds of Prey (1999) which you should ABSOLUTELY read if you care about any of these characters. I'm using the true Birds of Prey team here, so Oracle (Barbara Gordon) leading her field operatives: Black Canary (Dinah Lance) and the Huntress (Helena Bertinelli). Some other characters will pop in and out, but those are the leads because they are iconic.

Being an episode guide and synopses of the various episodes of season one of Solemn Graces, a Gothic fantasy drama following on from the Sorrows Of Blackwood storyline and following the life and tales of Grace Morgan as she survives in Grimstead.In this season, Grace first arrives in Grimstead and begins finding her way around. She is introduced not only to Gallo Belgrave, the gravedigger at Common Grounds, but also to Callista Sinclair, Victoria Craven, Aurelia Haggard and her son Griffin, among many others who would become major players.She also moves into her house on Mooney Crescent for the first time, which would become her headquarters in Grimstead for nearly the duration of the Solemn Graces storyline in this iteration.

I've posted episode guides as to what were supposed to be the original Solemn Graces storylines before, but I thought it'd be fun to do another version portraying the concept as an original TV-esque series that's been running since 2018, which it was supposed to be anyway. Maybe I'll get better scripts written for it sometime and pad out the other guides a little more.After season 5, Eighth Wonders spins off into its own show, and during season 7, Prospero's Call starts running, so there's a lot of important content that the rest of the stories on this account are based on. The whole of the Inglenook universe was originally explored through these series and their storylines, although quite a lot of it has evolved past them by now, so it's a bit funny looking back on how the plan was supposed to go.

After the various Serien Serials projects failed, I moved on for a while. Full Plate in its various forms was a concept adapting the characters to a more contemporary format, somewhere between sitcom and Twin Peaks-y drama and weirdness — it was, at times, a sitcom, an hour-long drama, a half-hour drama, and a series of found footage Youtube videos.Well, going to be, anyway. Obviously nothing was ever produced beyond these early production notes and drafts and such. But here those are anyway.

Some episode listings for a series I'll probably never write called Advocate, based on some of the lore I've developed in my life and work, and for Pick-n-Mix Comix specifically, set in a region of the Chasm of Stars known as the Outer Sanctum, on the borders of known space.Specifically, Advocate is set in 2300s-era Braxanite space, at the edges of the Central Planets, which have been dominated first by the Galactic Prospect, then by the Braxanite Regime which replaced it and installed Braxanite immigrants and colonists all across the Central Planets.In this series, an enforcement vessel for the Braxanite Regime known as the GOV Advocate delves into the mostly-uncharted Outer Sanctum for the first time and meets new races unknown to the Regime, such as the Mechosians, the Foraldians, and the Ishyr. In the process, we follow the Advocate's captain, Braxanite Teben Yuroz, as well as a crew of mostly races united under the Regime — such as Byrennian medical advisor Dr Huldren, Keladon security director Chief Wuttle Mack, and stowaway-turned-pilot Dessiny Trix — as they evolve and adjust to the revelations about their own lives to be found within the Outer Sanctum.
