In this novel-length interpretation of Lisa Frankenstein's Alternate Universe, the supernatural elements are further explored, and the villains are portrayed as less villainous. In my version, the antagonists don't warrant homicide. Instead, any body parts our heroes acquire will be taken from the morgue through questionable means versus murder. Because Lisa's dumpster fire relationship with Michael crashed and burned months prior, Lisa is over him and won’t friend-zone her undead companion. The dialogue follows canon dialogue closely in the first twelve or so chapters. Chapters 13 and up are original material following the supernatural elements and expansion of character development from the first half of my alternate universe novel. The most expanded-upon and canon-divergent element of my story is the extensive characterization and backstories of the characters. There are original characters, and the plan is for this story to cover Lisa's senior year of high school.
