the difference between sleeping and dreaming
by kissbrak
“how come richie’s always the first one on the hammock?”“because i’m the first one down here.”“yeah, ‘cause you pushed me!” richie adjusted his glasses on his nose. “your mom likes it when i’m pushy with her.” eddie never dropped it, though. at some point he’d decided that there was no forcing richie out, so he’d just have to get in. so he did, mumbling expletives and shoving at richie’s too-long limbs the whole time he adjusted to sharing the swing of the hammock. it was, like, the biggest win of richie’s life.

it ain't no life to live like you're on the run
by mosaicofhearts
He goes back to New York because, at the end of it all, he doesn’t know what else to do.Nothing in him yearns for the city, for his wife, for the place he has lived for so long now but never once truly called home. None of that matters, though. Surprisingly or not, Eddie is the last to leave – save for Mike, who he thinks only stays around so long to make sure that Eddies does actually leave. The fact that he doesn’t immediately bolt for the comfort of his home city when they finally kill the clown is probably more telling than anything else. He’s willing to wait around in Derry for two days longer, as though somehow the time will make his return better, rather than worse.Or: Eddie returns to New York after the losers defeat It, and tries to learn a little about himself.

AU: They made an oath. If IT came back, so do they. The Losers just didn’t expect that they’d have kids before that happened.

Those Summer Nights
by denbroughed (elioperlman)
Ever since the summer of 1989, Bill Denbrough has never been the same. He doesn't know who he is without his friends, he blames himself for the death of his younger brother, and worst of all, he's in love with Mike Hanlon. One-shot.
