It pads out of the fog surrounding their yard and looks up at the house. George makes direct eye contact with the creature's glowing white eyes and is paralyzed in terror at the sight of it. He feels like a prey animal, being stared down by this strange humanoid that stepped out of the mist. "D- Dream?" George asks, refusing to break eye contact with whatever that is, heart pounding so loud he can hear it in his ears. "What is that?" ---- Sapnap and Dream didn't tell George about the Fog.
