I stand in front of the house that both my ex-fiancé and child live in. It’s been years since I had to let both go and it’s been years since I have had those issues that made us step out of sync. Before I had the courage to go up to the front door and knock, my body took a couple of deep breaths in and out to get the nerves out. Once I had most of the nerves out of the way, I made my way to the door. At this point I had no idea if I should still knock or not. I felt out of place. I felt as if they did not need or want me there.   -These are all the questions our main character from the Disney original Descendants, Mal asks and wonders now that she stands at the front door of the one she hurt five years ago, wondering how they are going to get back in sync-
