Her eyes are warm with mirth and she has an air of smug satisfaction about her that’s perplexing, and just a bit infuriating, to Klavier. “Any ideas as to what this means, Frau Gramarye?” Klavier asks, irritation clear in his tone. “I’m so sorry, Klavier, forgive me,” Thalassa says, placing a warm, placating hand on his knee. “That was rude of me. But, and this will come as a surprise, I know exactly what you’re going through. You’ve been taken by Apollo’s siren song.”
