Part Attack Dog Part

by sharkcar

When Fenn Rau, the Mandalorian Protector of Concord Dawn arrives on The Liberator as a reluctant guest, he is surprised to be met by a familiar face, his former student from the clone academy on Kamino, Captain Rex. As Rex makes the case to Fenn Rau about why he should join the rebellion, he recalls the Mandalorian origin of his own defiant spirit. Much to Rex's surprise, Rau informs him that while he has been on a self-imposed exile on Seelos, he has become a legend among the warriors of the galaxy, particularly for the story of his undying loyalty. Thinking that no one knew why he'd been in hiding, Rex asks where the story came from, Rau tells him a strange fairy tale told by a young girl.

Here There Be Dragons (But You Already Knew That)

Non-fandom-specific meta on metaphors, minorities, discrimination, social justice, representation and the reason why I write. "The dragons we fight with today, they're sneaky, insidious little bastards, hard to kill: homophobia, heterosexism, transphobia, cissexism, patriarchy, racism. Not everybody knows their names, let alone their faces. Not everybody thinks they're monsters. Not everybody knows-- or cares-- they even exist."

This book is a humongous work in progress and inspired off of Red Dead Redemption video game series. Takes place during 1779, following real world history events along with fictional fillings. Begins to take place in the west with outlaws and the lawmen. It’ll take awhile as I have other things to do +studying history.
