A character in a fantasy world has an accident or gets sick, and either realizes they had reincarnated from another life in another world, or winds up getting a reincarnated isekai'd soul newly layered onto theirs. I'd read a dozen stories like that.I just never expected to wind up in one myself, and especially not in the world of Ranma ½.
