Hockey RPF
Maggid
by Shoshanah_ben_hohim
Peter is twelve, and nothing in the world is as important as hockey. His brothers, who spend just as many minutes on the makeshift rink outside their dreary apartment building as him, are not as good at keeping everything but hockey out of their hearts and heads. For all that Peter is one of the Stastny brothers, part of a set, he also stands a little bit apart. They practice that night until their skates turn the ice into snow. They play hockey, and they pretend everything is all right. In that way, it is just like every other night. A tale of hockey, politics, and the price of following your dreams.

by Mind_Aint_Free

"One would have said, to see the pensive thoughtfulness of his glance, that he had already, in some previous state of existence, traversed the revolutionary apocalypse", Victor Hugo wrote about Enjolras. What if 1832 was not the last time either, that he made such an experience? In this story Enjolras has to discover that, after being shot at the barricade, he for some reason happened to end up in Czechoslovakia of 1968. Not knowing how and why that happened, he has to adapt to his new life and soon finds out that his new Czech friends have concerns that are not so much different from his own ones...
