Time Bomb Town
by Moxibustion (RyuuzaKochou)
In a world of scientifically proven psychic abilities, the practitioners - the so-called Talents - are called on to serve the public good. This is never more true than in Gotham, where the Wayne Parapsychic Institute works diligently for justice and peace in what is otherwise a mecca of rogue Talents. Bruce Wayne is one of the most powerful Talents on record; a Prime. So are all his children. All, that is, except for Tim Drake; a winged donkey to their high-flying Pegasus. Fed up with the constant reminders that he will never be able to catch up to their flight into the stars and beyond, he leaves. Trying to put the shattered pieces of his life together, he comes across Jason Todd; former member of the Wayne Parapsychic Institute and a powerhouse in terms of Talent, alive in an asylum years after everyone assumed him dead.Tim is determined to help Jason find a way back. Jason might end up teaching him a way forward.

coming out to the light of day
by blackkat
“What is that?” Thire asks, wrinkling his nose as Fox marches past him. He immediately turns to open a window. Fox snorts, lifting a boot to kick Thorn where he’s sprawled out on the couch. Thorn groans, but raises his head, and Fox jerks his head at him. “A Jedi,” he answers, and Thorn freezes, eyes widening.

(I Promise) This Time Will be Different
by Nation_Ustria
Obi-Wan had been joking when he’d theorized that their resupply ship might be carrying his new Padawan. To find that it’s transporting not supplies, but two younglings sent by Master Yoda, is a sharp reminder of how much the green troll likes to meddle. There’s no way that he’ll reject his newly-assigned Padawan, though, even if a battlefield is the last place that a ten-year-old with psychometry should be.Cody wasn’t expecting to suddenly be partially responsible for looking after a Padawan-Commander, but he doesn’t exactly mind, per se. In fact, most of the 212th is excited, and soon, Cody’s just as determined to bond with the little Commander—but for some unknown reason, the Padawan keeps shying away.Cal doesn’t know how he ended up back in the Clone Wars. Last he’d checked, time travel isn’t possible, but then, what would he know? He’d only been a Padawan for eight months before Order 66 had gone out. Now, he’s just trying to survive being the General Kenobi’s Padawan, get a handle on his psychometry again, and convince his instincts that the 212th isn’t about to shoot him. Oh, and he should probably do something to change the future, right?

A bud of promise to thy parent cling
by Riv_ika
Ponds is wandering the halls of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, on his way to a meeting with his general, when he finds a crying youngling. He’s clutching his hands close to himself and Ponds abruptly remembers a mission with General Vos, who had an eerily similar reaction to a set of manacles. Ponds can’t help but kneel in front of the kid and offer him his pair of brand new gloves.

Does The Force Work That Way?

Desire
by Shereshoya (Felicity_7)
“I must admit this is a delightful development though, you have my congratulations. And Cody’s, he’ll never say it but I’ll tell it to you on his behalf,” Kenobi chirps.Quinlan crosses his arms, grumbling.“Oh shove it, Kenobi, you aren’t any better.” “That, we are in agreement. Which means I’m sure Cody and I will have no problem finding a way to get back at you two. Isn’t that right darling?” He says, far too cheerfully.Cody studies him, up and down, before getting that look in his eyes that means he’s come to a decision.“No, actually, it’s not, sir.”Then Cody stands on the tips of his toes, leans in close and whispers something directly into Kenobi’s ear, entirely unintelligible to the rest of them, but whatever it is makes Kenobi blush hard enough to rival his own copper hair with a weak “Oh!”Fox just might be sick.“Not you too!”AKAsometimes, you think this is it and confess under threat of never having another opportunity to do so. Sometimes, you’re wrong. Sometimes, that results in consequences. Luckily for Fox, it’s not all bad. Cody would like to have a word though. That’s definitely bad.

Reverberation

Echoes. Feelings. Flashes. Impressions. Whatever he calls it, his gift usually brings Bilbo nothing but pain. But as he treks across the world to confront a dragon, he wonders if maybe, just maybe, it might do some good after all.

Tainted Light
by Azalea_Scroggs
“I'm Luke Skywalker.” Cal's breath caught in his throat. Had the stranger not said it, he would never have guessed. The first thought that came to mind was how young he seemed. When he'd thought of Skywalker, he'd imagined him as a middle-aged veteran and a seasoned warrior, someone to look up to, who could help show him his place in the galaxy again; not this lanky boy with a careless sort of charm, a small stubble on his chin, constantly hovering between awkwardness and grace, between innocence and wisdom in a way only youth could. “Cal Kestis,” he replied, holding out a hand and hoping Skywalker hadn't noticed his surprise. “I've been wanting to meet you.” The boy shook his hand, and Cal tried not to wonder too much about the black glove and the iron grip. A prosthetic, no doubt. He could feel echoes of old pain hidden under the fabric, faded enough to be ignored. It didn't surprise him, and the story behind it was none of his business. They all had their scars.
