This leads into a whole series of Shenanigans, and since Shisui's got curiosity for days and sensor abilities now things go... Well they go. Shisui ends up going missing-nin, meeting a number of other Jinchuuriki, and (mostly) accidentally finding out about the whole Eye of the Moon plan and the Akatsuki. Meanwhile, Konoha falls apart quite spectacularly, what with half the population up and disappearing overnight.
